SCOPE OF WORK

This multi-purpose field is constructed for small football, soccer, and lacrosse games (only 21,000 sq ft) in combination with a running/walking track. The City of Baltimore has very strict stormwater control requirements which required a unique approach of collecting and filtering the rain/stormwater from the field and track. Both the field and track are built on a deep profile of drainage aggregate which includes 2 below-ground sand filters which slowly filters and releases all rainwater prior to entering into the City’s stormwater system. The track is a completely porous system that is constructed with 4” porous asphalt and ½” porous rubberized track surface. We also installed ball control netting on both end of the project.
