The two existing practice fields for the Oakland Raiders needed to be completely reconstructed. FIELDS reconfigured the field area, which included a grade change, so that the two practice fields can be turned 90 degrees to improve playability and wear resistance. This synthetic turf project included new pea gravel, root zone mix, drainage, sodding, irrigation, asphalt perimeter walks coated with rubberized surfacing and security fencing.
