This design/build project for an 83-acre site purchased by Franklin Independent School District incorporated the following recreation facilities into its master plan: two sod fields for football & soccer, four softball fields and two baseball fields (all with synthetic turf infields and sod outfields), batting cages, cross-country routes and walking trails, fishing pond, spray park and playgrounds, and a scout camp site. The master plan took advantage of the site’s natural terrain and wooded areas as design opportunities.
