This field at Ripken Experience – Myrtle Beach was built as a replica of Ebbets Field, the home of the Brooklyn Dodgers from 1913 -1957. The construction included excavation, drainage, aggregate layers, synthetic turf and infill, dugouts, foul poles, fencing, backstop, and concrete curbing and pavement. The Ripken Experience – Myrtle Beach complex includes 9 ball diamonds used for training camps and tournaments.
