Scope of Work:

This field at Ripken Experience – Myrtle Beach was built as a replica of The Polo Grounds, the Upper Manhattan stadium used from 1890 to 1963 in various years by the Giants, Yankees, and Mets. The construction included excavation, drainage, aggregate layers, synthetic turf and infill, dugouts, bullpens, foul poles, chain link and board fencing, backstop, and concrete curbing and pavement. The Ripken Experience – Myrtle Beach complex includes 9 ball diamonds used for training camps and tournaments.
