FIELDS began this project with removal of the existing natural grass field as well as the irrigation system. SVSU approved the FIELDS recommendation to add concrete flatwork in front of all three bleachers sections for ease of maintenance and equipment access. A synthetic turf field was installed along with other features including new goalposts in time for the SVSU football team’s fall training camp that year.
